These terms and conditions define the method of ordering, payment, delivery and complaints about products purchased through the EXORO d.o.o. online store, available at www.exoro.hr.

EXORO d.o.o. is the seller in this case, while the buyer is any person who orders at least one product via the online form, enters the required information and confirms the order. The company reserves the right to change the prices displayed in the webshop in the event of a change in prices from suppliers, regardless of offers that have already been published.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, minors and persons completely incapable of doing business cannot conclude distance purchase contracts. Only legal representatives can do this on their behalf. Persons with partial legal capacity can purchase with the consent of their representatives.

All listed prices are wholesale and are expressed in euros (€).
